Malcolm is a thought leader and facilitator on city competitiveness and economic development through technology enabled innovation and entrepreneurship.

He is also a published researcher in the areas of national competitiveness, local innovation, hi-tech industrial clusters and international technology collaboration.

Malcolm Fraser holds an MBA from Southern Cross University, and is currently completing his PhD thesis on National Competitiveness, Local Innovation and Software Enabled Innovation Models.

He has been published in numerous academic and industry publications covering subject areas such as:

  • Hi-Tech Clusters
  • IT Governance
  • Software Business Management
  • Software Entrepreneurship

Malcolm has also been involved in a number of industry-related Research Projects:

  • Road blocks to business success for Asia Pacific/East Europe ICT companies. New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Korea, India and China.
