This requires more than just rolling out technical solutions, people need to do things differently, which is why Agitavi takes an integrated approach to Industry Education, Innovation Management, Change Management and Digital Transformation . Between 2003 and 2009 Agitavi:
- Designed and commercialise the Software Business Management Course (SBMC) for software company owners in over 30 countries in partnership with Vodafone, HP and Microsoft. Average satisfaction score from attendees was 86% (2003 – 2008).
- Undertook applied research and delivered innovation centre best-practices and commercialisation programmes across the Microsoft Global Network of Innovation Centres.
- Designed and delivered Technology and Entrepreneurship Curriculum via public/private partnerships between industry professionals and universities in the UK, Germany, Sweden, Portugal and Poland.
- In 2009 with Microsoft USA and universities from Asia Pacific and Europe, founded The Future Cities Institute to focused on partnering with local governments and academic research centres to build collaborative programmes in partnership with the World Bank and Asia Development Bank.
